FAQs
What if we have bad weather?
We don't want bad weather to ruin your special event, so, if possible, please prepare ahead of time to have a place to move your party indoors. If you do choose to move the event indoors, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance with the location. The location may not be more than 5 miles from the original location as farther distances may impact our ability to service other clients scheduled for that same day. If it is not possible to move the event indoors, we can reschedule it for another date. Because we do not offer refunds, we will do our best in working with each client’s situation and timetable. Finally, for the safety of all attendees, if the weather is windy on the day of your event, certain design elements like umbrellas, or overhead décor will not be provided. We will notify you of the change and we will reduce the fee to reflect the item(s) not provided.
When is payment due?
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking and final payment is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of your event. For example, if your event is on Saturday at 12:30, final payment is due on Thursday at 12:30.
Who Provides the Food?
Reverie table does not provide food; however, we have a carefully selected list of partners who can provide food for your event. Please let us know at the time of your booking whether you would like our list of partners.
Do I get to keep the lovely flower bouquets?
Yes, these bouquets are yours to keep!
Do I clean up the dishes, utensils, and glassware?
No, clean-up of all dishes, utensils, and glassware is part of the service that we provide to ensure that you experience a carefree event. Please feel free to scrape the plates of any remaining food, but we will take care of the rest. We suggest having a trash bag on hand near the table to help handle this moderate clean-up. Please do not carry any Reverie supplies or dishes into your home (or venue's kitchen) for cleaning.
How long is my event?
The standard time allotted for our events is 2 hours. However, you may purchase an additional hour according to our add-on rate schedule. Please see the “Add-on” tab for these rates.
Are we allowed to leave when we are finished, even if it is earlier than the stated event ending time?
We request that you do not leave the Reverie Table set up unattended prior to the end time of your event. We will return to your location 5 to 10 minutes prior to your event ending time. We require that you or a designated person stay with the table set up until we arrive as our table set up is your responsibility until that time and you will be responsible for any items that may be removed/stolen. If an emergency occurs, you will be able to contact our staff via phone in the event that you need to cut your time short. If you must leave for an emergency, you will need to contact us immediately and designate another person to remain with the setup until we arrive.
Can I cancel my reservation?
We understand that life can throw us a curve ball now and then. Once your deposit is received, we can not cancel your reservation, however, we can reschedule it for another date. We will work very hard to find a date that will work with your scheduling needs.
How do I make a payment?
Our online paying system is coming soon! Until then, we except payments via check, cash, and Venmo.
